Monterrey cae 3–1 ante Diablos Rojos, pero asegura su lugar en semifinales y enfrentará a Veracruz

Sultanes Femenil perdió por pizarra de 3–1 ante Diablos Rojos Femenil en el último juego de la temporada regular este domingo en el Wallmart Park, sin embargo, con la combinación de resultados en otras plazas se clasificaron en tercer lugar para el playoff.
Sultanes Femenil lost 3–1 to Diablos Rojos Femenil in the final game of the regular season this Sunday at Walmart Park; however, with the combination of results from other venues, they qualified in third place for the playoffs.
Mal empieza la semana para el que ahorcan en lunes, y de la misma forma, las escarlatas le ligaron tres hits a la abridora regia, Payton Gottshall, incluyendo un jonrón de la de California, Jazmyn Jackson por todo el jardín izquierdo, empujando a su compañera Janae Jefferson con las primeras dos carreras para la Tropa de la venezolana Dennise Fuenmayor.

At the start of the seventh inning, the visitors sealed the win with a solo home run by Janae Jefferson, setting the final score at 3–1. With that result, the series at Walmart Park ended split one game apiece, although the season series favored the Mexico City team three wins to one.

In the pitching matchup, the win went to Cuban pitcher Yilián Tornés, who worked four innings allowing just one hit and one run while issuing one walk and striking out three. The loss went to Payton Gottshall, while Veronika Peckova recorded the save.
